The villa can easily accommodate up to 25 guests. Living and Dining Areas: The villa has a living room with seats for 10 people and a dining area with seats for 6. Private Pool: You can enjoy swimming in your own private pool. Natural Surroundings: The villa is in a quiet, natural setting. Good Food: You can order tasty Maharashtrian food, cooked by our caretaker. Modern Comforts: The villa has everything you need, including backup electricity, Wi-Fi, and games to play indoors and outdoors. Fun Activities: You can have a barbecue and a bonfire in the evenings. Nightly Rates: Monday - Thursday: ₹15,000 per night (for up to 10 guests) Friday & Sunday: ₹20,000 per night (for up to 10 guests) Saturday: ₹25,000 per night (for up to 10 guests) Extra guests: ₹1,500 per person. If you need to cancel your booking, here is how our simple refund policy works: Cancel 15 days or more before your scheduled visit: You'll receive a full refund of your booking fee. Cancel between 7 and 14 days before your scheduled visit: We can offer you a 50% refund. Cancel less than 7 days before your scheduled visit: Unfortunately, at this point, we are unable to offer a refund and rescheduling will not be possible.
